2. What data we process

• Technical data: when you browse the site, the hosting server automatically records IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. These logs are used only for security and to keep the site running.
• Data you send us: if you write to us by email, call us or use the contact form, we process the data you provide (for example name, email address, company, phone number and the content of your message).

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your requests and preparing offers: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Security and correct operation of the site: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations, for example accounting and tax rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Cookies

This site does not use cookies, analytics tools or tracking/profiling technologies.

5. Third-party services

• Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): fonts are loaded from Google servers, so your IP address is transmitted to Google.
• jsDelivr: the image slider library on the homepage is loaded from this content delivery network, which receives your IP address.
• Hosting provider: stores the site and the server logs and acts as data processor on our behalf.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some of the providers above may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer is based on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

We keep the data of your requests for as long as needed to handle them and, where applicable, for the periods required by law. Server logs are kept for the limited period set by the hosting provider and then deleted.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to Info@AoiSystems.eu.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro) or with the authority of the EU country where you live.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
